This is where, legend has it, Charles Bukowski once shared a drink with Philip Marlowe. Warehouse District, San Diego. Between reflections, shadows and actual light bulbs, I counted 13 light sources in this scene. But it was worth it. Oil on panel, 24"X36", 1997
